Singer Island is a special place, and its future should be shaped by homes that are thoughtfully designed, beautifully built, and enduring in both quality and value. Owners who wish to remain on the island may purchase one of our finished homes and offer theirs in exchange. We acquire residential properties and develop them ourselves — buying the home or the land, then overseeing design and construction through to a finished residence.
Property owners can also partner with us to co-develop their land. The owner contributes the property at an agreed-upon value, we provide the capital, development leadership, and execution required to bring the project to completion. Together, we share in the value created by the finished home. The goal is not simply to build another house, but to create a thoughtfully designed residence that elevates the neighborhood.

How we work together.
We either buy the property, or we redevelop it with the owner and share in the value. Owners who want to stay on the island can also purchase a finished home and offer theirs in exchange.

When the property, the location, and the opportunity are right, we buy the home or the land outright and develop it ourselves.

We redevelop and share in the value
The owner contributes the property. We agree a value, fund and lead the redevelopment, and share in the value when the finished home is sold.

Stay on Singer Island
Purchase one of our finished homes and offer yours in exchange. You move directly into a completed residence, without an interim rental while a house is built.
We are a concierge developer before, during, and after the sale. The relationship does not end at closing. You remain part of the family.
